These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Go-Box services. By registering for, accessing, or using Go-Box services, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Go-Box provides package receipt notifications and temporary package holding services for customers. Go-Box is not a delivery service and not a long-term storage facility. All packages are received on behalf of customers for pickup only.
2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
To use Go-Box services, Customers must:
- Provide accurate contact and identification information
Agree to these Terms
- Present valid government-issued photo identification at pickup
Go-Box reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Membership Fee
Go-Box offers a $10 monthly membership
Membership includes up to eleven (11) packages per month
3.2 Additional Package Fees
Packages exceeding the monthly limit are charged $1 per additional package
3.3 Storage Fees
Packages are held free for up to four (4) calendar days from the date they are physically received by Go-Box
Beginning on Day 5, a storage fee of $2 per day, per package applies until pickup or abandonment
All fees must be paid in full prior to package release.
4. PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
Packages must be picked up during posted business hours
Customer must present valid photo ID matching the package recipient
Go-Box is not responsible for delays caused by failure to comply with pickup requirements
5. TEMPORARY HOLDING & NO BAILMENT WARRANTY
Packages are held under temporary holding arrangement only. Go-Box does not assume ownership of packages unless and until abandonment occurs as defined below.
6. 30-DAY ABANDONMENT POLICY
6.1 Abandonment Trigger
The abandonment period begins on the date the package is physically received by Go-Box.
If a package is:
Not picked up and
All applicable fees are not paid
within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, after notice has been provided, the package will be deemed abandoned.
6.2 Notice
Customers will receive notifications via text message, email, or other provided contact methods prior to abandonment. Failure to receive notice due to incorrect contact information does not waive abandonment.
6.3 Ownership Transfer
Upon abandonment:
All right, title, and interest in the package transfers to Go-Box
The Customer permanently forfeits all claims to the package
6.4 Disposition of Abandoned Packages
Go-Box may resell, auction, donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned packages at its sole discretion.
No refunds, claims, or recovery rights exist after abandonment.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Go-Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Go-Box’s liability, if any, is limited to fees paid for the specific package in question
Go-Box is not responsible for package contents, condition, or carrier handling prior to receipt
8. NO AFFILIATION WITH CARRIERS
Go-Box operates independently and is not affiliated with, nor acts as an agent for, any carrier unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
Monitoring notifications
Timely pickup and payment
Maintaining accurate contact information
Complying with all posted policies
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Go-Box reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services.
11. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in New York.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Go-Box and the Customer and supersede all prior understandings. Go-Box may update these Terms at any time with notice.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By using Go-Box services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
